5. Who we share your data with
We use the following third-party service to process form submissions on our website:
- Formspree, Inc. (form submission handling). Formspree is based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to the extent applicable.
If you become a client, we may also share relevant data with:
- Customs authorities and the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, where legally required for import/export declarations
- Logistics partners and freight forwarders, limited to what is necessary to arrange transportation of your goods
- Our accountant or bookkeeping provider, for invoicing and financial administration
